Baseink is an animation video editor. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Baseink.

• Project information, such as project names, canvas sizes, scenes, text, shapes, timing settings, thumbnails, and animation settings.
• Media and audio choices that you add to a project, including references to built-in library tracks or any files you choose to use with the editor.

Information Collected Automatically

Baseink may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

Baseink does not use your project content for third-party advertising.

How We Use Information

• To provide the editor, restore your recent projects, render previews, and export videos.
• To maintain, debug, secure, and improve Baseink.
• To respond to support requests, feedback, legal requests, or safety issues.
• To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Project Content

Your project content belongs to you. Baseink uses project content only as needed to provide the editor, save and restore projects, render previews, create exports, troubleshoot issues, and support the product.

You are responsible for the text, images, audio, and other content you place in a Baseink project, including making sure you have the rights needed to use and export that content.

Google User Data

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google-powered feature, Baseink may receive Google user data that you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.

Baseink uses Google user data only to provide, secure, and support the feature you choose, such as account access, workspace identity, and product support. Baseink does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Baseink requests only the Google permissions needed for the feature being used. If a future feature needs access to additional Google data, Baseink should disclose that use before requesting permission.

How We Share Information

• Service providers may process limited information for hosting, storage, security, diagnostics, or support when those services are enabled.
• We may share information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Baseink, users, or others.
